This is a SAMPLE contract ONLY. This gives you a general idea of what you will receive from us upon placing a deposit to hold a pup. Modifications could include such specifics as personalized information, details on your specific puppy, breed, registration options, agreed cost, payment, and fees, shipping if needed, etc. We send contracts through email only from gotgamebirddogs@outlook.com and only after we have spoking via telephone or met in person to discuss your potential new puppy. If a signed contract is sent by the breeder to the buyer, and the buyer has made documented initial payment, the contract is binding regardless of buyer signature unless there are other documented modifications to the agreement.
